Last updated: 12 July 2026 · applies to the strivio.systems website
This statement explains how the Strivio website (strivio.systems) handles your personal data. Data processed within the Strivio platform on behalf of a customer is governed by a separate data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with that customer, not by this statement.
Who we are
The controller is Dakota Digital B.V., trading as Strivio. For any privacy question, email info@strivio.systems.
What we collect on this website
- Contact form. When you submit the form we receive your name, email address, organisation (optional) and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Preferences. Your chosen language and light/dark theme are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This never leaves your device and is not a tracking cookie.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may briefly process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely.
What we do not do
- No tracking or advertising cookies.
- No third-party analytics or advertising networks.
- We never sell your data, and we do not use website enquiries to train AI models.
Hosting & storage
The website and any data you send through it are hosted within the EU/EEA. Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to its processing. Email info@strivio.systems and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this statement as the site evolves. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
